Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

Westfield Cleaning Services is a professional and trustworthy cleaning agency dedicated to providing high-quality external cleaning services. Our goal is to deliver exceptional service while maintaining fair pricing for our customers.

2. Customer

These terms and conditions apply to all clients, including individuals and businesses.

3. Services

We provide high-quality external cleaning services throughout Glasgow and the surrounding areas, including:

・Window Cleaning

・Gutter Cleaning (including clearing debris and unblocking downspouts)

・Pressure Washing (including driveways and patios, using chemicals with the soft-washing method for delicate surfaces)

・Fascia and Soffit Cleaning (available only for 1-story properties)

Conservatory Roof Cleaning (including both glass and polycarbonate roofs)

Please note that we do not offer cleaning services above 2 stories.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on quotes. Our minimum charges are as follows:

・Window Cleaning: £12.00 per clean

・Gutter Cleaning: £30.00

・Pressure Washing: £85.00

Payment can be made via invoices sent via SMS or in cash. Payment is due within 7 days. For large commercial pressure washing jobs, a 50% deposit is required, refundable if cancellation is notified 7 days prior. We do not charge late payment fees, but frequent SMS reminders will be sent for late payments. If a customer provides suitable evidence that the job was not up to our standards, we will offer a 100% refund on the same day.

5. Cancellation Policy

Customers must provide 24 hours' notice for cancellations and rescheduling. In the case of weather or unforeseen events, customers may choose to reschedule.

6. Liability & Insurance

Westfield Cleaning Services is committed to ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. The following terms apply regarding liability and insurance:

・Insurance Coverage: We hold public liability insurance with coverage of up to £5 million.

・Customer Responsibilities: Customers are required to disclose any known hazards or issues at the property prior to service commencement.

・Liability: Westfield Cleaning Services is liable for claims caused by our service. We commit to compensating customers fairly for any damages caused during our services.

7. Changes to Terms

Westfield Cleaning Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

・Notification of Changes: Customers will be notified of any changes via email, SMS, and through our website. Changes will take effect on the date of notification.

・Acceptance of Changes: Continued use of our services after the changes have been implemented constitutes acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

・Version History: The current version of these terms and conditions will be available on our website.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. In the event of any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided by Westfield Cleaning Services, the parties agree to seek resolution through mediation.

・Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to apply.
